    Each department head takes their team members under his wing and acts as an advisor and counsellor by providing feedback and guidance to the employee.

  • Career Development and Leadership Development Program


    Taking from the strong emphasis of the College on guiding students towards career building, focus is also placed on providing opportunities for employee career enhancement and advancement. We hold high regard as well for our employees, and development of leaders is a major thrust of the organization.

  • Training


    We invest in our employees by enrolling them in various training seminars and certification programs to enhance their technical and soft skills. Immersion programs are also provided to employees in the campus of Enderun’s Academic Partners abroad – Alain Ducasse Education in France and Yeungnam University in South Korea.

  • Opportunities beyond the College


    Enderun engages its employees for consultancy work for its short courses, seminars and corporate clients. We also invest in our employees’ start-up companies.
