Diversity

We value diversity by welcoming people with unique experiences and diverse backgrounds. We appreciate different perspectives as it creates a dynamic working environment and generates creativity in the office.

Social Responsibility

We believe that social responsibility is an integral factor to Enderun’s success. Our initiatives have supported NGOs’ projects, helped former street children find jobs, and organized relief efforts during natural disasters.

Enderun Community Drive

Born in the aftermath of Typhoon Ondoy in 2009, Enderun Community Drive is a disaster response initiative of Enderun Colleges. The campus has opened its doors as a drop-off center for relief goods and cash donations after typhoons. Furthermore, our kitchens have been used to prepare cooked meals for disaster-stricken cities. Because of Enderun’s close proximity to the Philippine Army Headquarters in Fort Bonifacio, Enderun has established a partnership with the Army Reserve Unit in distributing relief goods.

Youth With A Future

A joint initiative of Enderun Colleges and Alain Ducasse Education in France, Youth With A Future aims to support and provide educational scholarships to a select group of culinary students of Tuloy Foundation. After their training at Enderun, the school extends support to the students by securing internships and job opportunities.

Gawad Kalinga

This is a joint project by Enderun’s employees and Student Government where kids from Gawad Kalinga Taguig were invited to the campus to spend the day with the employees and students. This project also aims to encourage the Enderun community to volunteer their time and talents to Gawad Kalinga.
