We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and pursue new business opportunities from different sources. This person will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and setting up meetings with quality leads for the Enderun Marketing team. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is key to being successful in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research for target market which may include SWOT analysis and strategizing during team meetings
- Create market list for potential leads
- Contact new leads derived from list, referrals, etc. using different channels of communication (email, outbound calls, chat, etc.)
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
- Conduct initial qualification of leads
- Set appointments for Business Development team for program discussion and goal of closing qualified leads
- Follow up and/or confirm appointments using different communication channels (call, email, chat, etc.)
- Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least two (2) years of experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hybrid Set-Up (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)
